Ein großartiger Erfolg war der Schulball der HLW St.Veit, der unter dem Motto: „Variété“ stand. Die vielen Besucher ließen sich vom Flair der vielfältigen, äußerst kreativen Dekoration und den schwungvollen Rhythmen bezaubern. Die Ballkoordination lag in den bewährten Händen von Prof. Helmut Pessentheiner, dem es mit seinem Team wieder in eindrucksvoller Weise gelang, das Bundesschulzentrum in ein Ballhaus zu verwandeln in dem sich Jung und Alt wohlfühlte.
Dir. Walter Martitsch freute sich auch über den Besuch von Bezirkshauptfrau Dr. Claudia Egger, Bgm. Gerhard Mock, Vzbgm. Günther Leikam, Landesschulratspräsident Mag. Walter Ebner und Schulinspektorin Dr. Kanovsky-Wintermann, die mit großer Bewunderung das große Engagement von Lehrern und Schülern würdigten.
