    HLW gears education towards the holistic development of the individual. Focusing on productive and efficient teamwork and cultivating mutual respect and kindness play an important role at HLW respectively..

    We try to convey general knowledge and enhance abilities which will enable our students to climb the corporate ladder or to enroll in academic studies. It is our objective to offer a solid education and to implement intellectually challenging learning experiences.

    The interrelation between the 4 groups – as mentioned above – shapes the basis of our school and is essential for a successful teaching envrionment.
    Pupils are seen as mature individuals who act independently and responsibly.
    Our fields of education are as follows: humanities, culture, foreign languages, economy, business, social science and art.
    Fostering communicative abilities are encouraged as well as presenting an appropriate self-portrayal. Additionally pupils are inculcated to value tolerance, thoughtfulness, open-mindedness, solidarity etc.

    Each student’s self-esteem is fostered by positive relationships with students and staff. We strive to have our parents, teachers, and community members actively involved on our students‘ learning. Faculty meetings, discussions and
    student evaluation of teacher effectiveness are held on a regular basis.

    The educational objectives and the standard of knowledge for each subject are presented and used as guides for learning. The benchmarks employed during the performance evaluation are always presented clearly and comprehensibly. We provide a balance between two requests: demanding high-quality learning efficiency and fostering with benevolence.

    Public relations take place particularly in the field of economics and also to various social as well as cultural organizations and events.

    Co-operating with companies is realized by mutual visits. Managers are invited to inform students about present economical developments and visiting innovative companies can be found on the agenda. Our pupils are encouraged to take part in vocational training in different countries, providing the individuals with increased opportunites and experiences, and enhancing efficiency and innovation.

    Faculty members try to assist our students in developing skills to become independent and self-sufficient adults who will succeed and contribute responsibly in a global community. Politeness and appropriate behavior are our main issues.
